We offer a full 30 day returns policy so just let us know and we will re send you a fresh Blankie in a new colour of choice

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order please email us with the reason as to why you wish to cancel the order. You will then receive a confirmation of your cancellation by Email. If however your order is already on its way cancelling your order will not be possible.

How do I return the product??

Once you have notified us of the return we will review your request. Once reviewed and if approved we will send you a personalised form for returned items to the email you provided.

Shipping Information

All orders are fully tracked. You will receive your tracking once the item has been dispatched. 

Orders received before 4pm GMT will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent out the next working day.
